If I could give a NEGATIVE five stars, I would! We worked directly with the sales manager and salesmen Alex and Benn, agreed on pricing and financing terms, and completed everything in advance for a Yukon XL. We even delayed pickup a day at their request so they could finish inspecting the vehicle after it was traded in. We made it very clear we were driving THREE HOURS and stayed in contact the entire trip. When we arrived, we were blindsided to learn another couple was test driving the same vehicle. The sales manager (James) assured us he wouldn’t sell it out from under us and acknowledged the long drive we made. Minutes later, we watched that same couple being taken inside to complete paperwork for the Yukon XL. Instead of honoring their word, they tried steering us toward an older vehicle with 20,000 more miles. No honesty, no accountability, and zero respect for customers’ time. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Overall great guy wanted to get the car but did some research just wasn’t goin to be in my budget if something were to occur or go wrong would shop here in the future and u should too

Omar, described the vehicle over the phone to us and sent extra photos. And when we showed up to see the vehicle it was exactly what he had described. Mondial Auto Sales is a very honest dealership with great customer service.

Dealer responded in a timely manner. I greatly appreciate them. Will keep searching for another vehicle. But thanks anyway
