I had a great experience with Robert from beginning to the very end in a park and ride in the middle of nowhere where he agreed to deliver my car after it wasn’t ready on the day it was supposed to be. Robert is trustworthy and honest. I looked around for weeks and Auto Stop had the best deal for the best experience. I drove 2 1/2 hours to buy my car (tried to buy closer) but it was worth it.

Answer my questions and was 100% truthful. Nice guy.

I had a really disappointing experience. I called ahead about a vehicle I was interested in and drove 45 minutes to see it, only to arrive and find out that the car had two flat tires. To make matters worse, the associate I spoke with just apologized and didn't offer any solutions or confirm whether the vehicle was ready for a test drive before I made the long trip. It was really frustrating, and I felt like my time wasn’t valued.

The car I made an apt to see was unavailable when I arrived. After that, I was pretty much brushed aside. I asked for comparable vehicles, and was told no, not in your price range. After the fact I was contacted everyday for. Week to ask why I never showed up to look at the car, and if I was still interested in it, even though it was sold.
