They were not interested in selling me this Lincoln. They did not help me in the financing process. They said the car was being sold to someone else. They lied to me. The Lincoln was still available. Not reputable at all as a dealership !

Overall good experience and would recommend, but a couple things to note: Pros -willing to accomodate me during a busy holiday season in terms of timing of things -answered questions promptly and honestly -let me take the car for a pre-purchase inspection and addressed the one issue found there before purchase. Otherwise car was in as good condition as advertised. Cons -pricing was not transparent from website to dealer. No negotiation on costs either -they generally do not take trade-ins. Not necessarily a problem, but something to note if you are planning your financing around trade in. -They will try to sell you on warranties as well but are accepting if you do not want them.
