From start to completion, I've never had such a quick and pleasant experience. In total transparency, I've become extremely jaded with the traditional car buying experience, and hate it because of the run around and games. This was definitely different, and I'm still in amazement. It started out great from the first call responding to my online inquiry and just got better (guy was great!). By the time Jessica called me, everything was pretty much in order. I wasn't just being bated to come down to check out a car (that wasn't available), or to finalize a deal (that was non existent), but to finalize and complete the process. Stepping on the lot I knew the quality of the vehicles were a step above. Jessica was absolutely awesome, and had the car waiting for me so we could take a test drive. The rest is history!! I have been to all types of dealerships, and had vowed never to go back to buying cars in the traditional manner. This dealership has changed my mind! Thank you x 10k!
