Sam was very courteous and attentive to our concerns while we were looking at the truck we seen on Car Gurus. They did make minor adjustment on price for a couple issues on the hood that I didn't like. But the most refreshing thing I appreciated was the advertised price is what they were selling the truck for with the OE options listed. They weren't like other dealers adding on thousands of dollars for things they already added to the vehicle like Lojack type theft systems, body paint sealant or certified vehicle charges that were not included in the listed price. I'm very happy with the 2024 Ram 1500 Laramie I purchased.

Very quick response

After several Text messages and a few phone calls I went to dealership to inspect vehicle. Walked into service area because that is the only parking except on street. Was directed to sales area where there were two people in cubicles. One had customers. waited for more than 10 minutes without anyone even making eye contact with me. Left and then got a call from sales person I was dealing with wanting to know if i was still interested ,I asked to give me there best price on Vehicle and she said she would get back her boss was off that day .Never got back with me and raised price on website.
