After I drove 1.5 hours away, test drove the SUV. Decided we were going to get it. Fill out application. They come back 45 mins later saying the SUV was sold and they had overbooked the vehicle. I wasn't too happy. I called back within a few days to give them another chance and I'm still here today waiting on a call back. The day I went was 01/24/2026.

Wasted my time. Price on Gurus was 44k, price to lease at was 52k once I got there. It’s got over 1k miles so it shouldn’t be going out the door as the same price as a new vehicle but there was no price break. Wasted 4 hours to get quoted 3k down for 800+/month under Mopar loyalty.

Contacted very quickly and went to my appointment, test drove the vehicle, did the paperwork, meet with financial officer and was out within an hour ! Thank you Ben and Lulu !
