Every department was great.

Advertised car wasn’t available as promised. I opted not to buy an alternative car they located for me and a month later I still have not received the refund of my deposit ($500).

Great service. Car price was affordable. Dealer was honest.

We put a down payment and expected to get the car in 3 to 5 days only to be told they did not have a title to the car and would need to apply and get o e from Colorado which could take 4 weeks r so. This impacted our ability to sell our current car as we needed a car for the 4 weeks it will take to get the title.

Salesperson was friendly but did not have the car available for test drive despite planning the visit in advance.

Overall it was a good experience buying the 2016 GMC Yukon. It was Steven's first sale as a sales rep and it was his birthday.
