The finace paperwork lady was lovely. The sales person I had was elitist, bordering on rude. When I called to request information, after signing for this vehicle so I could procure insurance, he said oh my god to me before transferring the call to the person who had the information. The sales person kept mentioning how most people that go in there have lots of money, which was very off putting. The vehicle looked good and was as described.

I made an appointment to meet with Anthony at the dealership who followed via text and email on our meeting,telling me he had put time aside to meet me.Also the car I enquired about I was told was available up,to the day before our scheduled meeting. I waited 20 mins for a man who three hours earlier told me he had time set aside for me and also to find out that the car I was interested in had been sold earlier in the week. The communication other that ensuring I got in the door to try and sell me something else was abysmal. Took my business elsewhere and bought a car later that day.

I felt they were honest and gave me great advice.

I recently scheduled an appointment with this dealership to view a specific vehicle. Upon arrival, I was informed that the car was unavailable due to a manufacturer's recall. This was particularly disappointing because the dealership should have been aware of this issue prior to scheduling my appointment and loosing my time. It’s unacceptable to waste a customer's time in this manner. My recommendation would be to consider other dealerships for a more transparent and respectful experience.
