The info on car wasn’t correct it was supposed to be a manual ended up being a automatic with check engine light, traction control light, abs lights on the dash, and has to have an electrical issue because factory headlights are so dim you have to use the aftermarket fog lights to see anything in front of you at night.

I made my self clear that I intended to use USAA loan service when I spoke to the salesman the week before purchase and put $500 down to hold it. Then they said unless I use their bank, it was an additional $1000. I ended up refinancing with USAA. Then they told me my trade in was Worth $9000, when I went to sign the papers, they only gave me $8000. I had already driven 4.5 hrs to get there in snowy weather with my deposit. The salesman I spoke to initially, was nice and had the car detailed upon my arrival.

I asked for more pictures before driving 2 hours, they said he would send them in the morning, no pics were ever sent the next morning. Waited 3 days and asked where the pics were and recieved no response from that email. Definitely won’t ever deal there.

Was very interested in a 2023 ram 1500 truck. I’ve had a little credit issues in the past. I had someone that was gonna co-sign for me. Went back to the car guru to the page and boom. They raised the price 2000.00 on me while trying to purchase the truck. This was while myself and the salesman were in talks. Not good at all. Salesman said he talked with management and they would honor the truck at the cheaper price. I said no thank you, now they have taken my negotiating power away. They would say they already dropped it 2000.00. Pretty shameful.
