RAM dealerships near me (Louisville, KY)

Adam was kind and very patient with me. If he didn't know an answer, he would find out. It was a good experience.

Great experience with phone conversation

The salesman we spoke to all day on the phone wasn't even available when we arrived after driving an hour and forty minutes to get there. We even had a scheduled meeting with him(Christo). We arrived and looked at the truck that they wanted and still looks like they're trying to get 31k for and it was complete garbage. Damage all over, the interior was torn up and dirty, tires were bald. Check engine light came on when I turned the truck on. I checked for blow by on the diesel motor and it had bad blow by. The oil on the oil cap was black and thick and would not wash off my fingers. Looked like they got this truck and did nothing to it to sell it. My advice first of all, stay away from this dealership and second educate yourself before buying a used vehicle.

Awesome easy to deal with

I had a positive experience .Everykne there was polite and helpful.

No experience the dealer never contacted.

The staff was very helpful and when we decided the vehicle we were looking at was not for us, they did everything they could to try to find a vehicle that was right for us. I have bought from Conway Heaton before and may again. I would recommend Conway Heaton to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Was very interested in a 2023 ram 1500 truck. I’ve had a little credit issues in the past. I had someone that was gonna co-sign for me. Went back to the car guru to the page and boom. They raised the price 2000.00 on me while trying to purchase the truck. This was while myself and the salesman were in talks. Not good at all. Salesman said he talked with management and they would honor the truck at the cheaper price. I said no thank you, now they have taken my negotiating power away. They would say they already dropped it 2000.00. Pretty shameful.
