Was a great experience

Tried so hard to get this car and was approved but apparently they couldn’t prove my co-signers address just because he has an out of state license even tho we gave them multiple pieces with his address on it. Very disappointed in this company and will be going to a different one for help

Dealer contacted me, car was ready and I purchased it. Salesman, Jose Soto was great. Very accommodating and respectful and polite. Car was as advertised with actual mileage, remaining mfgr warranty + 2 addl yrs warranty for it being a VW certified. They provided the carfax and service record since new. Also came with 10k/ 20k/ 30k service included. It as an easy purchase decision.

They said in the listing picture no games no gimmicks and no dealer add ons and then added on a “consumer benefit package” that was $1496 and told me it was non removable. And then when I called them out on there gimmick they ignored it and told me that was their final price.

Did well did not buy but a very helpful staff

Great choice

Initially, the dealer replied right away. When I asked for out the door numbers and a sight unseen trade in offer on a Tuesday near the end of the day, the salesperson said they would get them to me on Thursday because they were off work on Wednesday. Not a big deal as I wasn't in a rush to make a purchase. If the deal was right, I was ready to pull the trigger, just wasn't going to jump on any deal that I found. Fast forward, they never gave me the numbers, and I never heard back from them. Two weeks later they still have the vehicle, and I traveled elsewhere to purchase.
