Purchased vehicle from Napleton. Vehicle was delivered to my home. Two days later lights on the dash were displayed and one of the turn signals were broken off. I can name a few things that’s wrong with this vehicle. I believe vehicles there are tampered with just enough to get them sold. Although they carry the name Maserati, they don’t own up to that name. They make promises they don’t keep. Lie after lie. I would call it lemon light and wouldn’t recommend anyone purchasing a car there. This is the first time I have ever experienced something like this after purchasing a car. I’m usually excited about my purchase but this time it’s upsetting and very frustrating . I would never shop there again. If you want a junk car go there.

I had an absolutely terrible experience. The sales associate barely helped me and got the sales manager involved and then proceeded to sit back and laugh the entire time. I was trying to talk to him about the car and I’m sure it’s because I was a female by myself in a car dealership. I had to ask for my keys two separate times to my own personal car so that I can leave. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this dealership nor will any of my family.

Booked a test drive online but no one seemed to know anything about it. Sold car before i could see it

This dealer emailed me that a vehicle would be ready for a test drive at a certain time. I drove 90 minutes one way. The car was “gone” and the sales rep was “sick” major bait &switch.

If you looking for a honest salesman I recommend going to see Jack. He is not that salesman who hassel you and he listen to what you are looking for instead of just trying to sale you any car. They prices are a lot cheaper than other dealerships.
