Worst attempted car buying experience ever. They listed the car for sale it was not ready it was in service they told me to come back I came back two days later it was still in service. They told me come back the next day and the car would be ready to purchase the car I just want to see the inside and drive it they said okay. When I got there to the dealer when they told me to go they said that someone had come in 5 minutes before me and he's buying the car but has not started the process yet they would not even let me buy the car when I already had the check and everything ready to purchase. The manager was extremely rude and did not even care about the situation at all and stated that whoever is there first gets the car. We told him that we were there all week trying to see the car and get the car and they did not have the car ready and would not let us see inside because they did not have the keys. Avoid this dealership. Their their customer service is non-existent.

They don’t even deserve one star. This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had as a human being anywhere. We called ahead of time to see a certain Jeep grand Cherokee they had on their lot, they proceeded to get it ready and washed so we could test drive it when we got there which was great. After we arrived we test drove it and fell in love with it and proceeded with the financial part of it. While we were in this process another salesman came and asked for the keys to show another couple the vehicle. After the couple test drove the vehicle they proceeded to fill out the paperwork to purchase it as well. As all of this is going on they tried adding on a $2500 “car care package” to the final price in which we didn’t want or need. The other couple agreed to purchase the package so therefore they sold it to them. Most unprofessional dealership ever.

Very good communication and follow up

Dealer refused to provide itemized quote unless I submitted a credit application. When I stated I’d discuss financing after negotiating OTD price and that I might finance through my own bank, dealer responded that it’s against their “policy” to allow for “out-of-state” financing. Yet, my bank has nationwide branches, including 1 branch in Grapevine, TX, minutes away from Grapevine Dodge. When I asked why the dealer was curtailing my freedom to choose how to pay for or who to finance the vehicle through, sales rep said he’d raise my “concerns” to “the manager.” I never heard back. Lastly, this dealer inaccurately advertises this car as having only 10 miles; the unit has at least 915 miles. Yet, dealer maintains this is a “new” vehicle that was a “dealer trade” from El Paso. The car was allegedly driven twice to/from original dealer. The concern: SRT 6.4L/6.2L engines have a very nuanced and gradual break-in schedule requiring, e.g., <50mph from 0–100miles, <65mph 101–300miles, etc.

Professional and courteous. Vehicle exactly as described. Took 20 mins in and out but we had outside financing and everything was in place when we arrived. No complaints. Straight forward deal

I was in contact with Kim and Kevin for about 2 weeks, constant emails and texts. I was told OSF was ok and to come in and get the vehicle. The out door price was sent to me and my family, and we went to test drive. Kevin left us waiting for over two hours ( we watched him doing NOTHING). He basically waited until he knew the bank closed to come to tell us they only accept cashiers checks. That could have been communicated to us in our initial conversation. He proceeds to say “we can get you a good deal with us”. This was the plan for all alone. I personally feel like it was very unprofessional and inconsiderate to have our time waisted like that. We declined, and as we’re leaving the manager says can you come in Monday. He proceeds to take the buyers order and claims to make a copy but the one he gave me added on $4,000. They lied and had no intention on taking outside financing. They are MONEY HUNGRY and It’s crazy! Complete waste of our day! LIARS!!!!
