The two people Alex and Nora were great! The follow up guy was too pushy for me. He tried to up sale me $1900 for after market wax and $3600 on 30 month 36000 extended warranty. I crossed it off but he would not do it so we walked out after a 2 hour visit. No puchase. They called the next day saying they have a new offer but we did not buy it.

Salesperson was considerate and responsive most of the time. It'd help if they are texting or emailing with you if they are off for the rest of the day/evening just as a heads up so you're not left hanging. The dealership itself was clean and neat. It would be helpful if there were some kind of snacks (granola bars, chips, etc) offered at no cost considering you always have to wait when financing anything. We got there at about 1045 and were driving our selected car about 15 minutes later. We returned in about 1/2 and hour ( there were two of us driving) and then we didn't end up leaving for another 4 hours or so? Seems like a long time as we didn't really haggle over price as they have a set price pretty much. Never a finance department fan, but they are able to use your own bank/credit union without adding on fees so all the upsells were in the finance office. We'd go back again, just be totatally clear on what you want, don't want, and don't waver.

Fast response, but car was advertised as "no accidents". Carfax provided indicated two accidents with both minor and moderate damage to three of the car's sides. No further interest in dealing with people who are either untruthful of clueless.
