Dealerships near me (Davis, CA)

I contacted the dealership twice by text and received responses both times, but my questions about the vehicle were never actually answered. I specifically asked about the condition of the brakes and tires, and instead of providing the information, I was told to call the dealership. I called as requested, but no one ever got back to me. The communication was responsive in appearance, but not helpful in practice. If a dealership can't answer basic questions about a vehicle or return a phone call, that's a concern. I guess my questions were answered by their lack of follow-through.

I had a great experience with this dealership, the price was very transparent about pricing and worked around my payments and ensured i had the best possible deal as a first time buyer . The two people Alex and Nora were great! The follow up guy was too pushy for me. He tried to up sale me $1900 for after market wax and $3600 on 30 month 36000 extended warranty. I crossed it off but he would not do it so we walked out after a 2 hour visit. No puchase. They called the next day saying they have a new offer but we did not buy it.

Clear information provided and honest answers to questions

Dealer staff was super nice. Muhammad was very nice, but some things from the car were not in the description online and it had a code. He said it would be fine but we didn’t take the risk. We’d like for outside dealers to be more honest!
