Great customer support / service in terms of making an appointment. 2-3 people called and mailed me until I agreed to an appointment. Told them multiple times it will take me 1 hour one way to get there. The night prior they called to confirm the appointment with one question being: are you looking for a specific model? later that day that made me think so I actively called them again asking if the car is available, because a lady did not seem to know I was looking for exactly that one car. Turns out, there was a deposit on the car and its might be sold. Today it was sold. ALL GOOD! It was my fault waiting to long. But when you put so much effort into making an appointment, I expect the transparency to also actively let me know of the situation so I can evaluate whether it makes sense to invest two hours drive time. If I hadn't called again, asking what was going on, I would have wasted my Sunday for no reason.

Chad was our salesman. He was excellent to deal/work with. Answered all my questions, went out of his way to get videos and have the vehicle ready for pick up ( being trucked to us) Made the buying experience, a very smooth experience. Dealer, please Don’t push the Gap Insurance on someone that repeatedly tells you they don’t want it. I give you a A+++ for being persistent. Can’t want for it to be delivered. Thank you Chad

They will respond on initial contact with generic statement, and no follow up afterwards. Attempted 5 subsequent contacts without success.
