Dealer sold car even after I let him know that I wanted it but needed to have my mechanic look at it. If it passed inspection I was prepared to buy it. When I came to get the next day, they told me it was sold the night before.

The salesman that contacted me promised to call back after he got in with another department and just never called back.

They were great over there. In and out on nonm time and I love my Sebring.

They told me in a few conversations that they did have the car available. When I arranged an appointment to go in and see the vehicle, the told me at the last minute that the vehicle wasn't available which I did feel was appropriate. I felt like they should have been up front and told me in our first conversation that the vehicle wasn't available, then I wouldn't have setup an appointment with them.

We didn't reach a deal but my sales rep (Patricia Diaz) was helpful, patient and professional. Very responsive and able to get answers quickly!!

Very poor experience, had someone reach out after checking availability and asked if they could send me pictures and/or video of interior since there was only one up on listing, person who contacted me back sent me a blank email titled video of dodge ram 1500 with no video so texted back and told them and said they would send me pictures through text (2 hours later) after i got the text message saying pictures no pictures were sent and I replied back that I had no received the video or photos and never got a response. Called them 2 days later and reached someone else who sent me a video finally, when I asked them a follow up question about the vehicle I got no response. Do these people even want to sell their vehicles !?
