The initial respondent online was prompt and setup a convenient time to look at the car I inquired about. However they never checked to make sure the car was at their site so I wasted an hour going to look at a car that wasn’t there. When I later emailed about the car to see if it was back yet, I got no response. I would have hoped for more professionalism.

Very timely with response

I had a very frustrating experience with Quakertown Mitsubishi during my attempt to purchase a vehicle. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and lacked transparency. I submitted a credit application and provided all requested information, yet I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates. There were long periods with no communication at all, and when I finally spoke with someone, I was asked for information I had already provided. It didn’t feel like my application was being actively worked or prioritized. When I finally spoke with a manager, I was told they were having difficulty getting the deal approved and was presented with unrealistic options like a very large down payment, a co-signer, or switching vehicles — which should have been communicated much earlier in the process. I understand that financing can be complex, but what I expected was timely communication, clear expectations, and a more organized process. Unfortunately, that was not my experience
