Wonderful and knowledgeable very helpful

The initial respondent online was prompt and setup a convenient time to look at the car I inquired about. However they never checked to make sure the car was at their site so I wasted an hour going to look at a car that wasn’t there. When I later emailed about the car to see if it was back yet, I got no response. I would have hoped for more professionalism.

Very timely with response

Communication was terrible. Kept getting emails and texts like they were contacting a different new customer each time. Sales lady seemed to not understand English well. Wanted to purchase the truck but couldn’t even confirm that the truck was still there. I was coming from 1 1/2 hrs away so that was kind of important. Don’t know what the issue was, but I would not recommend based off my experience.
