Great customer service

They were not up front about their pricing online. Once we came to an agreement on the price, they sold the car to someone else while I was on my way there to purchase the car.

Took several days to respond and when they did it was just to sat the car had sold. Took almost another week for car to disappear from search results.

Never thought I’d have positive feelings about a dealership, but these guys were great! Easy to communicate with, arrange for a pre-purchase inspection (which they encouraged) and purchase as an out-of-town customer.

They’re horrible at giving information. One salesman will say one thing and you’ll drive over there and then someone else will give you a completely different answer. Which wasted your time?

Was nervous about purchasing a car online, but the employees made everything very easy. The employees provided pictures and videos of the vehicle before purchasing, they also assisted with completing the purchase process. Once completed, they were graciously able to pick me up from the airport to finish the last piece. Time spent in dealership was less than an hour, and was on the road home with my new vehicle
