Spoke to Hidalgo, talked trade in and financing for the car. My intention was clear to buy this car, I made an appointment to come in and handle paper work but I wanted my mechanic to look it over. I got the okay to do that. Ten,yes, ten minutes later I get a text sorry car sold. I guess it's not meant to be but it sure felt shady, shady and shady. I'm disappointed and would not do business with them again nor would I recommend anyone to them.

By far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I work a lot and outside of the dealership hours but Calvin helped me complete the process completely over the phone! All I had to do was pick it up! I love my new Grand Cherokee and everything was EXACTLY as described. Absolutely recommend this location!!

I sent them two different emails and messages and filled out the finance application and never got a response from them whether van is available or nothing about the available financing options. And I reached out numerous times to them.
