Attempted to test drive and possibly purchase and I waited in the lobby, no one to help. I ended up checking with the receptionist again and she said everyone was tied up and today wasn't the best day to come in basically and to try another day.

One of the most dishonest dealership experiences I’ve had. I repeatedly asked for an out-the-door price over the phone and was given a specific number, with no surprises promised. When I arrived, they tried to charge me over $10,000 more. This feels like a straight-up scam and a classic bait-and-switch. They say whatever it takes to get you in, then change everything in person. The sales manager even claimed they have no control over the price listed on CarGurus and that CarGurus publishes it themselves, which is clearly misleading. I have recordings proving exactly what was promised versus what they tried to charge. Very deceptive and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership and getting everything in writing before visiting.

Must say, prior to my purchase with Motor Trends Houston, I was having a tough time locking in the same car at other dealerships. They would prioritize someone else that was local, weren’t super responsive, or wanted to charge 2x for delivery and additional bs. Luckily “the one” popped up at MTH and the rest was history. After just one call to MTH and speaking with Mike, I was on the fast track to sealing the deal and getting the right car and the right price. They’ll take care of you end-to-end and will even check-in after the car leaves the lot. Will return for my next dream ride!
