Daniel allowed me a long test drive to get on the highway. They went out of the way to take care of things. Very easy and seamless. They did everything I asked for with the car, and made me an extra key fab I forgot to ask about. Definitely did the right thing.

The dealer claim the listed price is not the final price. he need to add 5000$ for financing while i am paying cash...

We took the car for test drive. The salesman was extremely helpful. After deciding that we wanted the car, he took our application to the finance department. At first we could not come to an agreement. However, Mark called me back and said that tracked down another bank that was willing to give us the loan. All said and done, wte reached an agreement.

The salesman who was assigned was terrible. No transparency, he tried to get me into the dealership to strong-arm me into making a purchase. When I advised him that I live in eastern Long Island & would prefer to negotiate over the phone or txt I didn't get a response. It seems not to matter what occurs; dealership tactics, particularly at Toyota, will never change. "Caveat Emptor"
