I understand the sales guys probably d9nt make such on a used car sale (I would imagine). But the pressure tactics, the lack of hospitality, and the lack of interest was very off-putting. My sales person had poor communication throughout the process leading up to finally signing paperwork. The team as a whole seemed disinterested in the sale and though they email documents to you, I didn't even get a folder for the paperwork I was leaving with. I've purchased cars from far smaller dealerships and they even treated us leaps amd bounds better. Whatever the reasons were for their demeanor, I'll never know. But I think if you're buying a big ticket item, you'll get decent or good service. Otherwise, expect poor communication, pressure to buy and show up at a time convenient for the dealer, and an overall mediocre experience.

The rep was constantly emailing me. However don’t think the rep has any clue on teslas. I avoided going there. To look at the car. As the car needs about a 8k reduction in price. Technology to current teslas run on hardware 4. He didn’t tell me much more then what I already knew. In fact some teslas late in the year could have newer hardware. I was told by him it was hardware 3. If this hardware 3, the prices are way higher. I could buy a certified Tesla around this age for cheaper and gives me a longer warranty.

Went there and test drive the vehicle I was looking at. I was very interested and ready to buy it but during the test drive the salesman told me that even though I already have been pre-approved through my credit union that they still have to pull my credit. My financing has already been pre-approved and squared away. There's absolutely no reason to pull my credit. I left and won't be doing business with them.
