Kevin at the dealership has been very helpful. I had a third party inspection and the dealership was very accommodating. They arranged for all repairs and remedies with Mercedes and organized transport to the final destination. Very professional. I highly recommend them to anyone. I live in Florida and the dealership is in California. They made the transaction smooth and easy.

From the first "Request More Information" tab/email, to following through on all the questions asked, they were all on point. Nick Chung with sales and Ceja Baltazar with financing make a great powerful combo to get things done. Returning emails and phone calls promptly is something quite unique now a days, BUT, these guys are definitely on it and doing it. Even sending a full video of the vehicle from the inside and outside is something that no one does, but Nick did it! The test drive, the paperwork, the financing, it all went very smoothly. This is what happens when you have professionals working for you and with you. Totally and completely an AWESOME experience! Will definitely be returning to Crevier BMW for my next vehicle purchase. And GUESS who I will be personally asking for!

They responded and I just don't have transportation to go there to buy a car I only want to buy a police car either ford utility police interceptor or crown Victoria police interceptor the dealer was good responded to my needs
