Started out at one price... when I was going to purchase the vehicle it went up buy 1,000 after talking to sales person telling him I was coming in to get the vehicle. Bait and switch not professional.

Javier contacted me as soon as I showed interest on the car. When I went to see the car, it was exactly as described on the website. The car was cleaned and ready for a test drive. Staff was courteous, professional and most of all, very knowledgeable about the car. I would definitely recommend this Dealership to anyone who’s looking to buy a fairly used and in great condition car

The dealer was super nice and helpful when I got there but he couldn't show me the car that he was busy and he was the only one there and I could not take it for a test drive and I did not have time to wait. But they got a great selection of cars they're very helpful and the dealership is highly recommended

Process was fast but I understand why now. Trying to sell you the car as fast as possible. Do your due dilligence. Take it on the freeway etc. Look at their reviews. I did but made sure to get a warranty through them. Im going to make sure the vehicle is throughly driven and make sure everything is up to standard. 1 day after purchase intook it up towards big bear(Mountains) as I was coming back down I noticed the rotors were shot. Got it inspected and yup. Brakes/Rotors need service and replacement. Rotors were out of spec(Wrong Size for truck). They also noticed damage that I missed to the front end. Im no professional, their mechanics are or are supposed to be at least. Thats the law. Even with "As is " or used vehicles. California has strict laws regarding safety of the vehicle’s being sold. That doesn't trump our rights as consumers. I will be getting a complete inspection of it again.

On the phone every staff member were very knowledgeable And extremely helpful.
