Great service by Edwin and the manager. Answered all questions in person and emailed. I chose to purchase another vehicle but would go there again when shopping for a new one.

I had experience with one of the salespersons I believe his name was Kamar anyway sent me a buyer's agreement but I had multiple questions and he yet to answer them. Not to mention I had an reservation for an appointment at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday the 29th and never received a call. Horrible horrible experience!

The experience with the staff was excellent from sales team to the finance people. Special thanks to Chris who actually drove the car to me a few hundred miles away but above all the professionalism the courtesy.

Highly recommend this dealer if you don’t want to waste time, very transparent and everyone was friendly and inviting. Victoria was my salesman and was great to work with.

Completely Unprofessional. I Was Looking to Purchase A Vehicle. Called Made All The Arrangements. This Autoro Sells The Car. Didn’t Call or Txt to Let Me Know He Did So. I Received A Email From CarGurus That The Maserati Levante I Was About to Purchase Was Sold. I Called Autoro to Verify This & He Says Oh Yea I Sold It The Other Night. I Then Asked Well Why Didn’t You Call to Let Me Know? You Were Going to Let Me Drive From Baltimore to Manassas VA to Purchase A Car You No Longer Have? He Couldn’t Respond
