I was in constant communication with Sofia. She had arranged the car to be held for me to drive up to dealership to test drive it. Vladimir later texted me & told me the car was being test driven by someone else. Could I come for a different car. I call this “bait & switch”. I call this “deception”. I call this “very bad business”. I will not do business with them & I tell everyone I know about my bad experience with this dealership. I say, “Run, don’t walk away from this dealership!”

I thought they did fairly well. A little slow to provide info they said they would.

For a 2015 Acura MDX with over 100,000 miles, replacing the timing belt, water pump, and other associated components is critically important—yet there is no information regarding this in the listing. Consequently, I sent an inquiry; the dealer did not respond, so I sent a second one—but they still never replied. I simply don't understand how they manage to sell cars at all.
