Andy was my salesman, he's good. If you go to JS, see him, he will work with you. The dealership as a whole is good, Compared to other dealerships in the area there is definitely a difference.

These guys were fantastic. There was a point where it may not have worked out because I had my own financing and came in with a set target payment in mind. It caused pricing issues I hadn't thought about and im extremely stubborn and didnt want to pay any more however Scott and his gang worked their magic and ended up paying exactly what I expected and we both walked away happy. I drove over an hour right before close and we were all there late which I also appreciate. I absolutely love the car thus far and I have already recommended them to people to let anyone they know that needs a car about these guys. I will continue to recommend them. Thanks Scott and gang. Unethical and Unprofessional Dealership We came in ready to buy a Supra at the listed price, no negotiations. Salma then tried to raise the price over the phone, and when we refused, she abruptly told us to “come tomorrow at 12 PM” and hung up. Despite trying to leave a deposit multiple times, they refused — only to later accept one from an out-of-state buyer. Eddie then called and casually said they had changed the price, and Jason offered no real help in resolving the situation. We were serious local buyers with a cashier’s check ready, and this entire process was handled with zero professionalism. Avoid Eddie, Salma, Jason, and this dealership altogether. We’ll be filing a BBB complaint.

Bad experience I presented all the documents they asked of me was told that I was approved for the vehicle The salesman went over the paperwork. For me to sign the vehicle was 16,999 after the fees The total was close to $27.000 I questioned the amount and never got an answer he asked for the insurance. I called y and asked the salesman for the VIN number which he gave me and I had the car insured. I also asked him who financed the car and he told me then he had me just sitting there. Stated he was waiting on the financing manager, so I can go in the back and sign the rest of the papers the salesman finally came stating I wasn’t approved after he told me I was and also gave me the name of the bank and also had me to sign some papersI Iasked him to speak to the finance manager. Daughter and I didn’t exactly know why wasn’t approved. After being there 7 hours or more I went to the dealership where I purchase my last vehicle no problem in 3 hours I drove off in my new vehicle

Honestly, I had a bad experience. I live in Chicago, and when I found the van, I had to drive 4 hours to see and test it. Then I had to return because the bank didn’t approve me due to having no credit history, even though I was offering an $8K down payment. I spoke with the manager, and she said she would personally handle the case. After waiting for two months and constantly reaching out to check on the progress, they showed no real interest in helping me. I even increased the down payment to $15K, which is what they told me would be enough for the bank to approve me — and still nothing. I was always the one who had to follow up; they never took the initiative to do anything about it. Honestly, it was a waste of time and I’m disappointed. In the end, I found another van that was better, although much more expensive than this one.
