Nissan dealerships near me (Rosharon, TX)

I hate to be the person to leave such a port review but I will explain my reasoning. As someone who is in sales, I understand 100 percent how business should be conducted and how one person can have a negative profound on your business. I initially called the dealership and spoke with someone and explained the situation that I had. They told me that they can help me with the situation that I was in which was being upside down. If you tell that to someone, the expectation is to help that individual at least in my professional experience and decades of sales experience. I spent less than 30 minutes in the dealership and this is the honest truth. It took me more time to walk outside of my vehicle honestly. I walk inside and I think the agent greeted me and just looked like someone who didn’t want to be there honestly. After I left no one followed up with me. I purchased a vehicle elsewhere but the agent at this location didn’t provide alternative solutions.

Dealership was fast efficient and inviting. Finance Manager explained every detail of paperwork. Made you feel you will buy your next car there.

Car was priced very accurately, but they tried to add in all these fees and to jack up price.

The remote deal with this dealer, all the way from texas to oklahoma. Decent price.However, a lot of my questions did go unanswered. I very specifically asked if there were any recalls, and if there were.If they had already been taken care of I asked if there were any issues with the vehicle.And I asked if it had weather tech formats. I was told there were no issues and there are scratches on the vehicle.It does have an open recall that has yet to be taken care of. And the weather tech mats were, in fact, cheap mats from walmart that were so slippery.They got thrown away on the way home. I've also called the finance manager to see what I need to do to register my vehicle in texas.And have yet to hear back, and that has been three days. I think they would be a fine dealership.If you were there to do it all in person, but I don't really recommend doing remote deal.

Today is January 16 and the car has just now been posted as sold on CarGuru. I visited the dealership approximately 10 or more days ago to inspect the vehicle for purchase after calling to confirm availability, and drive 40 miles to the dealership only to find out it was not available. I was asked if I’d like to look at another vehicle. I really felt the dealership was pulling a bait and switch move. This is why car dealers have such bad images with customers.
