They told me to come Saturday to look at the truck I got off early to go look at the truck and then they called me back and told me that they sold the truck I lost out on 5 hours of over time and then they call me back to ask if I still wanted the truck I told them that I didn't want t the truck

Truck that I wanted to see had a transmission issue and I was informed it would be getting fixed and that I could still look at it at their shop. When I arrived they brought out a different truck and then informed me during the test drive that actually the truck I wanted would be getting sold at auction.

Yes, my salesman Keith was absolutely amazing! He was with me every minute he showed me everything I needed to know he was just the bomb! And then when I went to the financing department, they were great as well, so I would recommend Don Davis to anyone! Great job guys!

Didn’t seem to want to sell car…didn’t want to negotiate on price even though vehicle IS PRICED HIGHER than average. I was simply asking for best deal but dealership didn’t want to budge whatsoever. Not to mention communication is grossly lacking. But I’m sure if I was willing to pay full price on a vehicle I knew nothing about, except for what read in their website, they would constantly be calling for the check! As far as I’m concerned, they suck!! Not the vehicle itself, just the people I dealt with, which unfortunately represents that dealership. If you want better reviews, then consider better employees.

Bait and switch. “Just got the car in can you come tommorow?” I arrived the next day and was told we just sold it.

Salesman was awesome, but finance manager took way to long. Was at the dealership 5 hrs. You can sign papers on a brand new house quicker. They do thier sales pitch on warranties and convince that you need to buy it. Don't like pressure like this especially from the finance department.
