I was a little nervous making a 45min commute. Expecting the worst for purchasing the CRZ. I was surprised when I saw the vehicle. My main concern was did it drive well, hybrid battery still holding charge and no rust. I was satisfied with my purchase.

This was a very easy process. The staff was responsive and easy to deal with. I was buying the car for someone else and did the entire process remotely. They were very accommodating. We negotiated a fair price with little no drama (like dealers are known for).

I drove 5.5 hrs to look and test drive 2 trucks, I popped the hood turned the engines on the 2 vehicles then i turned them off turned the keys in and drove home! Both transfluid dip sticks level where probably 11 inches on the cold stick so Sad and disappointed this is wasted time trip, one truck sounded like the timing chain and serpentine belt was gonna fly in my face, the other truck had a major leak behind the timing cover below the throttle body in take, I didn't waste more time test driving them completely worth less! Just one sad dealership with multiple unwanted Auction vehicles!

I was very dissatisfying The deal ended up being a shady one and I had to go back to the dealership to get additional refund being a 79 year old lady in black for some reason I felt the store I was being taken advantage of I even offered to give them a car back if the paper was not paperwork was not corrected after a long back-and-forth they finally refunded me the additional funds actually I would never go back to them to purchase another car ever.
