I purchased this Scion from the owner and his two associates Jamie and Juan and let me tell you, what an all around great group of people. Honest, upfront, real, and even have great senses of humor. I would definitely buy from them again, and recommend them to anyone who asked where a good used car dealership is around here in the area. (Which my room mate is now looking to buy one from Elite now as well.) Elite is a family-owned business and they have been selling cars for years and know what they are doing even down to finding the best finance company to finance a vehicle for you!

Pleasant even though didnt buy a vehicle from them, however they were supposed to contact me about an issue with vehicle that was found after test drive, and never heard from them but figured issue was not an easy fix anyways so lost interest in their vehicle.

We saw the car. At first it didn't start. The dealer put in new plugs
and battery. It ran very well, but the oil light went on. Dealer sent it
to a BMW repair specialist. He told us it needed a new oil pump
and didn't want to sell it to us. We were impressed that he was very
honest.

I am 19 years old and I was looking to buy a car with no cosigner. I was looking and actively shopping around for about a month and no one would take me seriously. I went to Elite Car Outlet and they were the first to actually look at my finances. There was no pressure to buy and they treated me like family. I ended up getting a 2007 350z and they helped me get insurance and print out my bank statements. They were super friendly and helpful. I recommend to everyone.

Dealer responded quickly. Dealer did not meet my needs nor do I feel I was treated fairly. I've purchased "As is" cars before and anytime I notified them of an issue with my car they did everything in their power to fix it, especially in the 1st week which was the case with my purchase from Elite. I had issues with my vehicle the very next day, wheel hopping and jerking (which I did not experience during my test drive) took it back to Elite 50 miles away and was told that it's normal with all wheel drive cars. I took it to another shop and ended up spending $1800 for SIGNIFICANT issues in addition to another $700 that I had spent 2 days prior. I definitely feel like the dealer was aware of what was going on with my vehicle and found them a sucker

Lots of lies and deceit. I caled them initially. They
told me they had a car but it wasn't ready. They
said that they would call me as soon as it was
ready and they never did. I had to call them
several times then finally they said it was
available. Then the mileage that was listed on
the website was different from the mileage of
the one they had by 20000 miles and they said it
was just a glitch with the person that entered it
on the website. Then when looking at the
pictures on their website they had pictures of
two different cars on the same profile the one
car.......

I have no complaint with this dealer. They responded to my email promptly. Auto-check gave the car that interest me an 81, which is a very high value. The 81 is merited because it has had one owner, zero accidents, and low mileage. The fact that they have a car like that on their lot for that price says a lot in favor of the dealer.

Well when you first arrived at the car lot that's all you see is car after car after car they're all packed into one lot, if you did by chance want to try out one of their cars they would have to move a bunch of them in order to get one out they're not very good condition for example the car I went there to look at was in the very back lot I was given the keys to start it, the battery was completely dead, tire was flat and you could see where the exhaust was broken and they tried to piece it together and put J-B Weld to hold it. I would not recommend going to see this dealership at all! I was very disappointed.

Total junk cars. I wasn't expecting a
whole lot for $1500, but I was at least
expecting a car that had been taken care
of by the dealer if not its previous owner.
I emailed them the day before I came to
see it telling them when I'd be there, and
even with that amount of notice they
didn't bother to clean out the inside of
the vehicle (there was tons of trash,
spills that were obviously never wiped
up. It was disgusting) or put a little air in
the tires (one was totally flat.) I waited
outside in the small and extremely over
crowded lot for about 5 minutes
expecting someone to come and at least
TRY to sell me a car, but that never
happened so I left. If I could give 0 stars
I would.

Overall it was a good experience. Jamie, my salesperson, was very nice an helpful, was able to work with me on th price and fiancing options, and I was able to drive off the lot the same day. However, I discovered shortly afterward that there was a check engine light that had been erased. It turned out to be nothing important, but I would have liked to know in advance.
