Poor service advertise that they are financing vehicles through Capital One financing when I told them I was a capital one preapproved customer what I was told was that I must do my financing through them ridiculous

Impressive conversation with Josh. He immediately contacted me after expressing interest in a clean 1987 Toyota Camry Wagon listed on CarGurus. He provided me a free CarFax report, and even offered to FaceTime me, so I can see the car beyond the detailed photos provided. I'm in the process of putting my finances together, but when I figure it out I will be purchasing this car if it is still available. This seems like a wonderful family dealership to do business with, didn't appear they had anything to hide on the car which was appreciated

Texted ok for the 1st interaction. Then stopped replying to my texts and wouldn't answer my calls unless i had a blocked number.

I very disappointed with the staff lack of communication within the dealership. I was first informed that the vehicle was available and that I can place a $500 retainer fee to preserve the vehicle. When I called to let them know that I was stopping by the dealership to make a deposit on the vehicle I was informed the vehicle was no longer available..

Great salesman

Visited Tuckahoe Autoland last weekend (in under 10 degree weather). Dealer showed me the car which was in the back of many cars. He also showed me a Nissan that was in back of many cars. Neither car could/would be moved so that I could test drive them. Dealer kept asking if I was financing or paying cash. I let them know that I wouldn't consider buying any car that I could not test drive.

Very helpful staff way better experience than I expected compare to other dealers.
