Dealerships near me (Mount Sterling, OH)

Seemed fine . We couldn’t come to terms but that’s ok . They need to sell for a price just like we need to buy for a price . Wouldn’t deter me from shopping here again if something else came along .

Communication was great I asked for texts and they texted answers instead of calling

Used every method possible to respond to my interest.

Great staff Joel was great easy process!

The staff was fine. This is not the used car lot for me! We looked at/test drove four vehicles. Every one of them had been wrecked in the front end, one had structural damage. Beware and check the Carfax

Great dealership! Got me approved when no one else could!

It was very professional

We love the car. It was a typical car buying experience--taking too long to get it all done--overall. Our salesman, Phil, was friendly and helpful with our kids, and the dealer had a kid area, thankfully. The two frustrations were that we weren't told that there was only one key fob until we were headed out the door, they accidentally kept OUR keys we gave them for the trade in (house keys attached), and then we were told they would send a second key fob and they did not.
