Mitsubishi dealerships near me (New Rochelle, NY)

It was horrible the car was not there. The point of going to buy a car is because I dont have a car. It took me an hour to get there for them to see they dont have the car. They did not have any camry. It was horrible. They did not have the camry when i got there, they were not prepare and they did not have anymore I went for the camry. They should of call me in advanced and not make me go there knowing they do not have the car. They kept texing asking if I was going. You just do not do that to people on a hot day.

Dirty car, misleading description - lots of cosmetic body damage, no service records for a Canadian import car, but they are of course perfectly happy to sell a damaged undocumented car to suckers.

They called and texted 4 time in one day about seeing the car. After waiting 25 minutes someone else came out and told the car was not available, and wouldn’t be for a couple of days. I wasted 3 hours of my day for this

We contacted rt 17 Mitsubishi of New Jersey to purchase a Mazda and used car gurus to help with this purchase. Car gurus left our info with rt 17 to start the process we waited about 24hrs for a response and they didn’t we tried to purchase this Mazda and in went unheeded the staff tried their best for us not purchase this Mazda they kept saying they were trying to figure out how to we wanted to buy it out right but because they didn’t read the email from car gurus they raised the price of the Mazda by a $1000 so their was confusion on their part not ours because the info left the night before had all the numbers right on their part paperwork. Very unprofessional they treated my wife like she was garbage so disrespectful just terrible service. It’s funny you want to sell a car we want to buy it but they didn’t want to sell to us unfortunate. Please stay far away as possible from rt 17 Mitsubishi you be better off. We went somewhere where they wanted our business. Thank you for nothing
