Dealerships near me (New Rochelle, NY)

I found this truck on multiple websites. I made an appointment Friday afternoon to see the truck at the dealership for Saturday afternoon. I was able to come into the dealership earlier so I texted the dealership, and they said no problem for me coming down. I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there. Sat down with a sales rep. He went to get the keys. He came back and told me the truck had been sold, but was quick to offer another truck. Bait and switch. I would not give this dealership my business if the relationship is starting out like that. Beware!

Responded quickly and was attentive to all my needs.

Great communication

My time spent online with the dealership was excellent

Bought a 2011 Cadillac CTS, experience was extremely pleasant. Car was as advertised, great condition. Dealer is very professional, straightforward, insightful & accommodating. 10/10 would recommend this dealership.

Great Highlyrecomended

Nightmare. Worst experience. Car was misrepresented, salesman repeatedly lied through the process. And after cancelling the sale, I was jerked around for six days trying to get my down payment refunded. Stay away.

Mike was fabulous and helped us with the car.and all our needs and made the buying procedure, easy and pleasant

The car was not available, and it wasn’t new like the way it was described of the website the car was loaner
