The staff was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. They were transparent, professional, and made the whole experience very smooth. I arrived toward the end of the day, and they stayed more than an hour after closing to make sure everything was completed, even though it was the day before a holiday. I really appreciated their dedication and customer service. Highly recommend!

The salesperson, Hans, was excellent, very polite and courteous. He knew the car's features and thoroughly described/explained each one. On the other hand, the person that called me a couple of days later to ask if I was still interested in the car was abrupt, rude, and literally hung up on me.

I ask for a suv they wanted to put me in a car of there choice I do understand I have a repo on my credit but I said no thank you left there and found a car somewhere else within a hour never settle there are choices out there
