Daniel Tringelof was polite, professional and easy to deal with. We worked the majority of the deal out over the phone due to my distance from the dealership. He had everything ready to go when we arrived and was super friendly. Would definitely do business with again.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with your dealership. I submitted a serious offer with a clear intent to purchase, yet I have received no acknowledgment or communication from this dealer.

Horrible customer service. Was told twice the car was available. Went on a Friday to see the vehicle and it was not on the lot. When I came home, I called to inquire about the vehicle. The person on the phone said he was short staffed and he would check and call me back in about an hour. I never received a call so inquired online. The internet salesman emailed me confirming the car was indeed still available and asked when I could come in for a test drive. I told him I could be there the next day at noon. I received a confirmation email of my scheduled appointment the night before mentioning the car would be ready and available to test drive and inspect at 12:00. Then 20 minutes before my appointment, while I was already in route to my appointment, I received a voicemail saying the car was sold the morning before. When I got there no one knew what was going on. Clearly unorganized and very unprofessional. Worst customer service and worst experience. I would not recommend this dealer.

If you would come down to a KBB rated price. Include delivery, full tune up because of mileage and dp like 100 point inspection because of miles I'd be at the negotiating table today
