I believe there are too many systems for this dealership. I filled in a bunch of info online, had 3-4 sales associates get a hold of me, none of which were aware I had already scheduled an appointment. Even had 1 after we completed our test drive ask if we wanted to come in. AI/automated systems are failing this dealership in my opinion. Nice staff on site.

I didn’t end up buying a car from this dealership, but they were very respectful, helpful, and professional during the process. They answered my questions and treated me kindly without pressure. Overall, it was a positive experience dealing with them.
