Haven’t had my Tahoe for a full week. As the rear media screens are not working properly and is currently at service center. This not a service department review, I bought the vehicle and had issues with the rear media service therefore I had to take it to service department. I am sharing my overall experience. The Tahoe wasn’t ready for sale they need to fix the screen before selling. Which they didn’t even care to check.

The poor rating is for communication with a bot! If you're interested in a vehicle, just call these guys and insist on speaking with a real person! (My mistake... the dealer posted a newly arrived Sprinter with no photos and missing info. I reached out and only reply was from an AI Bot pretending to be a person and calling itself "Lisa". Useless. After a few days of no response, I called a human who was very nice and promised info. Next day, the bot texted that Sprinter was sold.)

I had to drive 2 1/2 hours, to view the car. Got there was able to find the car right away. Liked everything about it. Everything stated on the advertisement was at truth. Salesman was kind and efficient. When it was time to do the sale, the system was down, but they made it very easy and comfortable, so I was able to take the vehicle home, and do the paperwork at a later time at my convenience.

The trade process was complicated interstate trade but they worked it out

The greed is rooted too far in the dealership's culture . Had all document and financing ready with an appointment to pick up the car. The manager forced the sales agent to give up the keys so he can sell it for more than what we had agreed on. Really cheap !!

Loved to professionalism from staff at dealership

They sold me a used car and agreed to fix some issues with the car before delivering it. When I returned to pick up the car, they had not fixed everything that was agreed upon. They refused to fix the remaining problems with the car and informed me that they would rather cancel the sale if I didn't agree to take delivery that day. Needless to say, I wasn't going to take the car home if the agreed upon repairs hadn't been made. I wasted 2 days of my time with this unprofessional dealership . Don't make the same mistake I did. Take your business somewhere where they appreciate it.
