They sold me a used car and agreed to fix some issues with the car before delivering it. When I returned to pick up the car, they had not fixed everything that was agreed upon. They refused to fix the remaining problems with the car and informed me that they would rather cancel the sale if I didn't agree to take delivery that day. Needless to say, I wasn't going to take the car home if the agreed upon repairs hadn't been made. I wasted 2 days of my time with this unprofessional dealership . Don't make the same mistake I did. Take your business somewhere where they appreciate it.

Despite making an appointment with the sales rep to view and drive the car days in advance, when i arrived, the car was very dirty and had unrepaired damage. When I questioned the rep regarding the cars condition, the sales rep. advised that Beverly Hills Mercedes does not wash the cars prior to presenting to a prospective buyer.

overall, the experience was good. Everyone was helpful and responded on a timely manner. We were not able to come together on a price for the car, so no purchase was made. I would work with them again if a car came up that met our specifications.

My experience was very good with the purchase of the car I bought. My sales rep. Kevin was very helpful and accomodating. I am very happy with my purchase.

The gal who scheduled the appointment emailed me in the morning of the appointment to ensure we were coming. After the 2-hour drive, we arrived and were informed that the car had been sold the previous day
