Mercedes-Benz dealerships near me (Hampshire, IL)

Drove 3 hours to see a car that wasn’t even cleaned and they knew I was coming for a week. Pulled the car around scratched and dented everywhere which was not noted anywhere and looked photoshopped out. Rear break light was broken along with door trim. Supposedly had over a 130 some point inspection which none of this got fixed. When told about it I was told (well it’s a used vehicle). Never offered to fix any of it. Then was sold out from under me while I was still looking at it from someone that drove 6 hours to look at it. Never got a heads up or anything. Was told it had a lifetime powertrain warranty but it only lasted 10 year 100,000 miles so only 35,000 more miles. It was a godsend not to buy that P.O.S. Got another for the same price with less miles and everything working with a longer warranty from another local dealer.

Greet service and all team work they’re excellent

Excellent staff. Sonia was great. Very helpful and easy to deal with. I don't buy cars that often so she helped with the process. Dealership was very nice and accommodating. This is a high end dealership in a wealthy area. And they made me feel welcome.

Honest and informative

The front staff was very pleasant and welcoming. I don't recall his name but he appeared Hispanic; this, so he may be thanked. He offered me a beverage and walked me over to my salesman Chris Woods' office. Chris was just as pleasant and courteous explaining the details of the whole process. He patiently responded to all my questions prior to the vehicle test drive. After test-driving the vehicle, he brought in experts to answer any additional questions I had that were more technical in nature. It was an hour's drive for me to Love Park and since I drove there by myself, Chris offered to bring the car over to me the next day; he did just that and advised me of his ETA while on his way. I truly appreciated the great experience I had at the Napleton dealership @ Love Park. I will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.
