Dealerships near me (Hampshire, IL)

Very nice

Dealer uses AI slop to reply to emails, humans never actually reply. So moving the process along is extremely tedious. Avoid these guys and find a dealer that actually talks to its customers.

After inquiring about possible rust issues due to being up north, Alex contacted me and said he would send a video which he did that was of him walking to and around the car quickly all in 28 sec.. I asked again about possibly rust and he again ignored it and kept saying not to miss the Sept special and come in for a test drive. This after I telling him every time I’m in TN NOT local. I asked for a general idea on trade value for my SUV and he told me he couldn’t sight unseen, I asked for a gen estimate being I’m in TN again asked me to bring it in. I told him thanks for his time I’ll check locally. He asked was I opposed to making the drive?! Yes! I told him multiple times I needed transport of both. He still send me a 30 sec video showing the same (nothing) with no sound. I get the email from CarGurus saying it was sold as I’m actively texting him! He says no it’s available. So I tell him I just got the email already and he again asked if I could stop by!! I opted out of text..

The listing for the vehicle claimed it had no accidents, but when we saw it, it had extensive damage. We wasted gas driving to that location for nothing.

I went in to look at a used CX-90. For whatever reason, the salesman was reluctant to show it. First he wanted my drivers license, then he insisted I watch a sales video. When I pressed him to see the car I came in for, he suggested maybe a CX-50 would be better for me. I walked out and will never return.
