I rarely write reviews, and have almost never had a great experience at a car dealership at any level – not a shocking statement, I know. However, I recently helped my mom find and buy a car and landed at Biggers Mazda after going through a few very disappointing experiences. Biggers is an hour away for me, but it was worth it. For the car we were looking for, Biggers had the most competitive prices, and most importantly they didn’t layer on additional out the door charges accept the required ones (tax, title, etc.)- no additional destination fee, advertising, detailing, and other garbage phony fees. Even though they were competitive to start with, they were still willing to negotiate a reasonable amount. From my initial interactions with Stephanie online and on the phone, to George (sales manager), to our sales person Joe, and finally Denise who walked us through the paperwork – everyone was reasonable and really genuinely great to work with. I would definitely recommend Biggers Mazda if you are looking for good deal with good people.

There was the initial contact, however, I purchased a car from a local dealer before I could visit Biggers Mazda. Just the fact that they contacted me is good enough to start and gets them a "good" rating.

They responded initially, but did not follow up once I emailed the specifices of the payment and price I was looking for. I was planning on making a visit there on Memorial Day and, in return for not hearing back from them, did not Either He didn't think I wasn't worth their time or it was just poor customer service. Regardless, they lost my business.

Contacted dealer explicitly stating I was interested in purchasing a specific type of vehicle and asked for a list currently available. Instead of pursuing a sale, the salesman dismissed me and told me to look on their website and call them back. I purchased the same vehicle from another dealer the same day that engaged their customer and understood how to close a sale.

Experience was great. They didn't pressure us or keep us there for a ridiculous long time. Happy they didn't waste our time. The vehicle itself was disappointing though. There were things that you'd only notice by physically seeing the vehicle, so glad we went.

sales people don't respond promptly when you inquire about specific vehicle you're interested in. Can't say right answer to get you to even go there. Will never read ad from them again

Marco was fantastic and did a great job of working with us and describing the features and benefits of the Mazda CX-5. They didn't have the particular color we were interested in and found it at another nearby dealer. I would recommend checking this dealer out if looking for a new Mazda.
