Recently was looking to trade in a vehicle and purchase a new toy. Danny at House of Imports was an outstanding sales person with top notch cutomer skills. He quickly responded to my numerous inquiries for additional photos, questions about the vehicle, etc. While i ultimatley went another direction (New car) it came down to a coin toss and I would have been happy to purchase from House of Imports and Danny

DON’T buy used here. New or CPO may be different, but I should have read the other reviews before I went in there. They are looking to move used stock without disclosing known safety issues (there is no way they didn’t know a giant neon green screen would pop up when you put the car in reverse). They kept pulling my credit after I had rescinded my permission for them to do so, in writing. They kept shopping around for other lenders after I explicitly told them I would not finance with anyone else and would prefer to unwind the deal. Without notifying me, and while telling me that they were working with my credit union, they funded the loan through a different bank. They lied and stalled to get their money by whatever means. There are hundreds of other actually ethical dealers; save yourself and stay away!

Sam was amazing from the jump. I appreciate his patience the most as I can be indecisive especially with big purchases. He took the time to give me pros and cons on the five cars I narrowed down on and I didn’t feel rushed. Once I got down to my final two he took a guess at the one he felt I would choose and he was right. Thank you for making this experience a positive one and answering all of my questions. I will be sending others to Sam when I can.

Be on your best behavior, Austin will break your arm. Speak quietly it’s like a library in here don’t get too excited when you’re about to buy a Maybach or AMGS 63 or any high-end over 250 or $400,000 cars just keep it in cause they’re watching and they have big security guard will come out and pretend he’s the financing assistant and pull you in the back and you know the rest you’ve seen it in the movies like Robert De Niro and Casino. That’s all but that’s a great dealership. It’s clean and get water beautiful people all types of nationalities and there’s TVs everywhere you sit down and enjoy your coffee. It’s fresh air. It’s Newport Beach. It’s different. It’s lovely. I love it. I bought Maybach S5 80 2020 S5 60 Mercedes LWBS 63 AMG 2025 that’s all for now after doing all the adding up insurance and all the registration and taxes and licenses and fees and more other words that you could add to fees.

They sold me a used car and agreed to fix some issues with the car before delivering it. When I returned to pick up the car, they had not fixed everything that was agreed upon. They refused to fix the remaining problems with the car and informed me that they would rather cancel the sale if I didn't agree to take delivery that day. Needless to say, I wasn't going to take the car home if the agreed upon repairs hadn't been made. I wasted 2 days of my time with this unprofessional dealership . Don't make the same mistake I did. Take your business somewhere where they appreciate it.
