Love my new car! Thank you South Bay Mazda for making this a great experience

Tried to tac on ~$2,000 in undisclosed fees (LoJack Upholstery Protectant). What could have been a 2 hour ordeal turned into a 4 hour ordeal due to disagreements on the final price. Ultimately made the deal (without the extras) but didn't get home until ~midnight.

This dealership does not return phone calls, emails, or texts

The mileage is wrong!! Few other things. I think this dealership has a ways to go on customer service. But they are headed in the rite direction.

You need to be a very well informed buyer in order to consider a car from this dealership. They don’t tell you everything they know up front. Definitely get a PPI before signing any paperwork, it saved me tens of thousands of money in repairs!

I was contacted and notified that the vehicle was sold. The gentleman was very professional and offered help finding another similar vehicle. Overall I was very satisfied with him.

Great staff very welcoming And attentive. Manny was a very professional and patient with me and I was extremely pleased with my purchase. They went above and beyond! What a 5 star dealership!

Looking forward to doing business in the near future since they did offer a really good deal on a brand new car but I had to pass since I had to use my deposit for an Emergency that came up.
