Mazda dealerships near me (Stony Brook, NY)

Drove all the way from Pennsylvania to see a CPO car I'd been in contact about—no one told me it had already sold before I made the trip. The manager was rude and pressured me to commit fast, even mentioning he wanted to go watch a football match mid-negotiation. We agreed on an out-the-door price, then the finance office sprang a surprise $600 "DMV processing" fee that was never mentioned and called it non-negotiable, so I walked away from the deal due to their shady bait and switch tactics. Get your full itemized OTD price in writing before you drive in, and watch for last-minute fees.

The staff was amazingly helpful. My salesperson, Aleks, and the Finance Director, Josh, both went out of their way to make sure I was happy & got what I wanted.

Every thing seems OK

Great communication

I waited to be seen for my appointment. Then when I was able to meet with someone, the car was sold. They tried to show me cars well above my price range. A text to let me know the car had been sold would have been kind.

Someone called and immediately invited me down for a test drive and didn’t acknowledge I had already put in bid. I explained I was ready to buy and as soon as they could. confirm car was in lot I’d come down. After waiting while she “Checked with mgr”. The car I was so excitedly invited to test drive was pulled off lot. Another bait n switch
