Mazda dealerships near me (Park Ridge, IL)

I'll preface this by saying I've submitted a complaint to BBB and it has been accepted - awaiting a response from the dealership. I had been in contact with this dealership for a few days, we agreed on a price and set an appointment to come purchase the vehicle. After they instructed me to get a certified check from my bank, I get back from getting it for the amount agreed upon and I get a call saying that they had sold the car out from under me. They claimed that it's "first come first served." This was NEVER communicated to me. Had I known that, I might have made other arrangements to drive the three hours sooner for this vehicle. I would assume when you agree to a price and set a specification appointment and am told "We will be eagerly awaiting your arrival Saturday at 9am!" then there is at least an agreement to hold, especially since the appointment was for tomorrow morning, right when they open. Very poor way to treat people, let alone customers.

Thomas was absolutely the best to work with. Ended up buying from out of state and his response to my questions and text were prompt. Communication was great through the whole process. Awaiting for my car to be delivered tonight…. I’ll update if there are any issues but I believe it left their lot at the condition the pictures show

Dealership was helpful and tried to get the deal done as quickly and painless as possible.

Scheduled a test drive and met with a sales representative. I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. no concerns, did not like the color of the vehicle and the price was a bit high.

They were very open to working with our wants and even tried to save us some money. Our sales person did say "I don't wanna do all this work if we don't have a deal" to us which we didn't necessarily like. Other than that they were helpful and flexible.

got there they told me the car was not for sale due to leaks and if I was to buy, I would need all the money it could not finance.
