Mazda dealerships near me (Orange, CA)

I received email from Lucy Ganso she was very nice. Told me someone of her team was going to reach out to me. They never did. I email back and no response. I guess they’re super busy

I was contacted and notified that the vehicle was sold. The gentleman was very professional and offered help finding another similar vehicle. Overall I was very satisfied with him.

Axel was great! Transparent with the price, no dealer add ons, great test drive. One of the best dealerships I’ve been to.

Looking forward to doing business in the near future since they did offer a really good deal on a brand new car but I had to pass since I had to use my deposit for an Emergency that came up.

The mileage is wrong!! Few other things. I think this dealership has a ways to go on customer service. But they are headed in the rite direction.

Waited 10 days to get a response. Couldn't get a straight answer as to whether the car was sold and what the price actually is. I think the ad is for a car that doesn't exist. Waste of time.

Tried to tac on ~$2,000 in undisclosed fees (LoJack Upholstery Protectant). What could have been a 2 hour ordeal turned into a 4 hour ordeal due to disagreements on the final price. Ultimately made the deal (without the extras) but didn't get home until ~midnight.
