Tldr: it was waste of time. They mention all the discounts on email. When I visit at the store, the price comes $5000 more
than they reflected as a base price. Many weird document processes I have never faced at any other place before I hear
that high price. The representative turned the screen to me and asked me to enter my info. Funny. I drove 40 minutes to
their store. Total waste. Doesn't recommend.
Dealership staff were prompt with initial contact which I greatly appreciated; unfortunately did did not provide the information I requested upon follow-up, which was very disappointing.
Very satisfied with the dealership.
Bought a Mazda6 grand touring.

Everybody was really friendly, from first Contact to signing paperwork. I would definitely recommend this dealership
Dealer does not honor your online/email quote and will force you to use their own financing instead of
Mazda. It will also force dealer installed accessories that no body wants/need.

The total cost of the vehicle did not change. The amount quoted upon your arrival was equal to the amount quoted prior to your visit. If you would like to reconsider, we would be happy to earn your business. Call me anytime.

When I originally saw the ad it did not have pictures. After sending
them the first contact message asking for pictures, Mr Hernandez was
kind enough to go out and get some pics with his cell phone and send
them to me. Very helpful! The car was out front for me to look at and
test drive when I got there later that afternoon. I was a little late due to
traffic but they had a cold bottle of water waiting which was a nice
touch (I declined the Starbucks offer as I am not a coffee drinker). The
car was clean and runs great the purchasing process was as quick
and painless as any I had been through. After one week of ownership I
can say I am still very happy with my experience and love my new to
me used car!
Cardinaleway Mazda was great. I purchased a vehicle from them with no
pressure to buy the car. They really go out of their way to make you
comfortable during your purchase.
This team is awesome, free starbucks frab of your choice, tons of freebies after purchase. People are nice especially Vicki . she's so nice and gave me a good discounted deal . Everything went below my price range. 4000$ below the MSRP It's a winner winner chicken dinner for me . Thanks again CardinaleWay Mazda @ corona . Extremely bad I e mailed about the car and they replied back that it was available to go for a test drive, when I get there they said they sold it the night before, very bad business just to get me in there.

We had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Cardinale Way in
Corona. Friendly, easy negotiation, and very happy w/our car!
Don't believe their online price. They hiked it $995 -- on the $8,988 listed price -- with 'options' (nitrogen fill, door edging, some sort of anti-theft engraving) that I had no interest in. That jacked the price over 10%. I made an offer at their full online price and it was declined. Sales guy John said the "fine print" allowed them to add the options. I call that 'bait and switch'. And I walked away from the no-longer 'Great Deal'.
This vehicle was not at the above location and was moved to one of their other dealers. However the sales associate didn't know where the vehicle was located. Better communication would've helped.
Let me Start with this.. Andrew Abott was Fantastic in every way , if I could have been more than ready to purchase that Equus ,it would have been mine. Andrew was so professional ,I wish there were more like him on every Lot . Your dealership is very lucky to have him.

The sales rep was great, the price was great but be aware of extra feeson used cars for accessories that cannot be removed that will affect price.
