Mazda dealerships near me (Houston, TX)

Had a great salesman, everyone was nice at the dealership. I had some issues when i got the car home and reached out to the manager and haven’t heard back since i sent him videos of what was going on.

Very helpful. Just could not make the deal.

I came on a saturday and got a quote after a test drive. The quote was out of my comfort zone but I liked the vehicle enough to really bend on it. When I reached out that evening with a final question, as well as a notification that I was actually very interested, the sales rep ghosted me until monday when the dealership opened again. I understand not wanting to work outside of office hours, but answering a text an hour after close, for someone looking to stretch their budget and drop 25k on a car, shouldn't be a huge ask. Ultimately, I elected not to respond when they got back in touch monday. I didn't feel like the service was there. Second star is because the manager, when I spoke to him in person, seemed to be a straight shooter.

This is another typical Texas car dealership. At these types of places, the salesman is short on product knowlege and is unwilling to flex on pricing. I did not enjoy the experience of dealing with a dealer that said they wouldn't at least put a coat of wax on the car or complete the requested service of changing the transmission fluid. The Honda itself rode and drove okay. The shocks were kind of soggy, but I have to assume that they had never been changed. The car was missing a big part of the center console. The car I drove should have been priced at least $1500 less.
