Mazda dealerships near me (Hackettstown, NJ)

The dealership did not disclose there was a different color bumper on the vehicle I saw. I would have not driven 30 miles if I had know this. They were deceptive and had high a pressure sales persons talk to us. Would not recommend this dealership.

I received a packet of information on the vehicle via email from my online inquiry. Then I followed up via phone call to check availability and went to see it in person. The sales staff was easy to work with and I did ultimately purchase the vehicle.

They stated the vehicle how to clean the Carfax. I got there. The vehicle had been hit really hard in the right rear corner. The car had been cut apart and welded back together. They brought it to the body shop said it would cost $3700 to fix it. If there wasn’t more damage I drove four hours one way plus a ride to get the car I was preapproved. And also had insurance on it the biggest waste of my time they said they’d take $500 off the car if I wanted it as is. I have not had the opportunity to sit down and go on social media about my experience. But I am most certainly going to as well as contact but her business bureau.

They are very nice to you when you are there. They advertise a low price. When you get there they add extras to the price so that it ends up on the high end of comparable vehicles and will not sell without the extras. When confronted them with my opinion that this seems not good business practice they replied “ that’s how we get people in here” the price was above avg. but not the great deal I went there to get

During the last 10 days this vehicle has changed price more than 8 times,almost every day.There is not consistency in value!!!

Vehicle was not available.. looked at another vehicle online price was 4,000 dollars higher. I was told it was due to fees and upgrades on the vehicle. I was told I could not speak with a finance manager because there was no deal in place
